Nonsense, complete and utter nonsense, I've been going round in circles for weeks just to be told ,there's a problem,  contact your provider, who incidentally can't help, this is obviously not been thought through, seriously thinking of leaving BT, EE as you're very amateur in your service.

@Chris_B is your comment meant to be supportive and helpful as I’m afraid it comes off a little smug?

‘It worked for me’ isn’t the kind of response someone wants to hear after weeks or months of mither trying to activate a service which should have taken minutes.

Clearly it has worked for some but there are customers less fortunate and the passing between EE and BT and Discovery+ has been challenging to say the least.
