I also had a text from 1122 with this offer today. But when I clicked the link to accept the 'free' offer , I then immediately received a text from 150 saying that they have blocked my request because my spending cap is too low! For an offer which is supposed to be free! The only link to choose after that was to increase my spending cap! No thanks !

Welcome to the community.

If it is a free data offer, you shouldn't have to change your spend cap to be able to receive it.

I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can check this for you, and see if they can get the free data added.
