Purchased a pair of beat headphones with an Apple Music bundle as an add to plan bundle. Received headphones yesterday but no word on the bundle or how to activate the 2 years of Apple Music, can anyone assist?

Please check your account to see if the Apple Music subscription is showing on your number. If it’s not there and the activation link isn’t working, I'd recommend giving our team a call so they can check this further and help get this set up for you.

Hi @MarcF87,
Welcome to the EE Community
When you get Apple Music as part of a bundle the Apple Music product should be added to your number which would usually trigger a welcome text. The welcome text will have a link to http://applemusic.com/ee/welcome in it.
Try opening that link up on the phone you have the bundle added to and see if you are able to complete setup.

Hi Alex - no such text received. The only message I’ve had is quoted below, never received one for the Apple Music part of the add on.

@MarcF87 Thanks for clarifying, give that link in my message a try as its just a generic verification link that gets sent out and then the way it works is to validate if you have a subscription via your number. So it is best to complete the setup when on your mobile data rather than WiFi and has to be on the one the bundle has been added to if you have more than one number.
