I upgraded to the iPhone 16e but I’m not sure how to purchase the £1 AirPods?

Welcome to the community.

If you purchased the iPhone 16e between 25th November and 4th December you'll be able to claim the Airpods 4 for £1.

You'll get a text and email containing a voucher code and instructions on how to get them 14-30 days after purchase.

What happens if you still haven’t received the voucher or text? Deadline to claim is 30th January and I haven’t received mine yet

Reached out and was originally told I was not eligible for my purchase made on the 28th November 2025 as you hadn’t switched the number on until the 5th December 2025.

After clarifying the eligibility, he said I was  eligible and I would receive my code by 28th January 2026 and I would receive a call on the 29th January 2026. Neither of these happened. 

We took this contract out based on the deal as we could have used another provider for less. I hope you wil be cancelling the contract without penalty due to mis-selling this.
