Received this error this morning on the Apple TV EE TV app, And a restart hasn't made any difference. Google Search turns up nothing useful, nor does a community Search. Anyone else?

i was hoping to upgrade my 2 yr sim plan but have been told i can’t as I’m still paying the handset off over 3yrs.Surely I should still be able to upgrade my sim plan rather than being stuck in the deal that has expired, for another year ?
