Hi,
My wife upgraded to a new phone with one of the smart benefit plan. We chose the Netflix. She received the activation link but when I log in to our Netflix account I can't change it to the EE smart benefit one. We use a different email address to the Netflix than to her EE account. Could this be the issue?

Can you try copying the link into a new browser and following the set up, does the same happen? @cutetedpanda

Is this a new contract or upgrade and you have selected Netflix as your inclusive extra?

@Leanne_T Not a new contract, I have 3 sims on my account, but I dont have the option of netflix, I have add ons from BT, discounts etc and also a wifi boost add on.
