Hi, I upgraded and now have Netflix premium no ads via my phone. Question is,how do use this as my old Netflix already is set up with the ads. I read that I should have had a text but didn’t? Anyone have the same problem?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you have the Netflix subscription active in the EE app, please try to go to ee.co.uk/netflix and follow the steps to validate the subscription.
If you see an error, please try turning WiFi off and connecting by mobile data.
If that still does not activate, give our customer service guides a call, and they can help to get you up and running.
