I get BT Sport's as a free add on and is enabled but has now stopped working and says I don't have an active subscription.
Any reason why it has stopped, as I was told there would be no change?

Has there been a solution to this yet? Having exactly same issues. Previously had bt sport as part of EE contract and now can't access. Called 150 told it was all active. I've tried removing the BT sport access and opted for TNT through discovery + as advised this would be better option.. but still no joy. Keep getting fobbed off between BT and EE with no one wanting to try and resolve..

You may have to download the discovery+ app and go through that, seems since BT has changed to TNT sports thats where you can now watch it through. I've been able to do that had BT for years and then upgraded my phone and couldn't get onto the app after that. After going backwards and forwards between EE and BT came to the realisation it's now discovery+ that you need. Hope this helps.

You need to activate your discovery+ account here, then use the discover+ app, like @Lee391 said.

I've downloaded and registered on the Discovery + app.. then tried to activate it..but get the following message...
In order to gain access to discovery+ with your BT account you need to have an active subscription to TNT sports.
I have gone back to BT/TNT sports and it just just sends me back full circle.
Not getting anywhere.

Yes.. tried 3 times and just kept giving the message I posted above and sending me back to BT sports

I've now been advised I need EE to give me a linked BT account number.. where do I get that please?
