I get BT Sport's as a free add on and is enabled but has now stopped working and says I don't have an active subscription.
Any reason why it has stopped, as I was told there would be no change?

Hi I'm having the same problems with TNT sports I've been with ee for years and had the BT sport add on for years as well its been one of the big selling points for me. I've just upgraded my phone and selected TNT sports as my add on but every time I try to log in it is now saying sorry there's been a problem we're unable to find an active bt sport subscription on this account and error code ID003. Need a fix for this as the football starts next week!

Hi, yes I have it showing as my inclusive extra. I had a message with a link saying to activate it click here and then when I go through and do that it says looks like there's nothing to activate. Never had a problem when I've upgraded my phone until this time around.

Hi there,
I am also struggling to activate it - I get the link to activate and then it sends me a one time pin for extra authentication and every time I enter this I get the message ‘we are experiencing technical difficulties please try again later’.
this has been going on for over a week and I have TNT added as my inclusive extra, grateful for any help.

I've been having this issue for over a week now with the technical issue on trying to activate, I even stopped and requested a new subscription, it says I have it on my plan, but I can't access it, I rang 150 this time last week and was told it was active from EE/tnt end so it should work, a week later still nothing
