Mine has been over the 15 days now but keep getting texts saying it'll be on its way and how to redeem but not had the text to be able to redeem it. the promotion said it would be sent 14 days after the cooling off period. I can see people are getting credit to their account due to the issue of wrong information. Can someone chase up why its been over 15 days please

So, I got a Samsung Galaxy S22+ 19 days ago and am yet to receive the link to redeem the prepaid Mastercard.

I have called customer services and they're unable to help as they can't seem to access any information regarding the offer.

Same !!!! No any information just pass the phone department to department... and I ha e 5 different information from the same EE customer service.  So someone not tru.
