Hi @Fordy31uk,

You don't need to take any action until you have received your claims text. This will be sent to the lead phone on your EE account 15-30 days after you received your phone.

We was told today by someone from the ee that if you've not got card after 15 days it's usually a problem they also apologised and gave us 30 pound of our next phone bill for the delay he also put a complaint in as it usually means there's an issue. So I don't think they all know because when I took the phone out on the 30th they told me 5 days then 15 then 17 now its just a case of waiting now on here they're saying 15-30 days. I'm on day 19 so just a case of waiting another 11 days but when it comes in it will help.

That's all well and good but at the point of sale people, including myself are being told 15 days. Not 15-30.

I imagine it would be a different conversation entirely if I had that same cavalier attitude towards paying my bill.

Why have I received a bill credit for my issue if I am still within the 30 day time frame?

Why is everyone getting told something different from each ee representative?

Your politicians answer of avoiding other questioning and stating the same fact isn't really helping the customers is it?

I had exactly the same.

5 days...then 15...on day 16 told 24 hours, day 17 told 48 hours, then told the same as you and issued £20 bill credit as it's their mistake.

Yet here we are, being told 15-30 and a different story from every EE employer.

I'm sorry to hear you've been given incorrect information by a member of the EE Team. Not receiving your redemption text on day 15 is not an indication of a problem. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your text.

I can only appologise for any incorrect information you have been given. The team that is managing this offer have confirmed with us directly that redemption texts are sent between 15 and 30 days after the phone.

I totally agree I think because we've been giving so much mixed communication that they're offering credit to people's bills but not even the ee member on the phone said 15-30 days only on here. Well I'm on day 19 so 11 more days hopefully it is in that time frame they said as it will be another case of miscommunication

I was told 15 days, it was never stated 30 days, it's been 20 odd days already
