S22, I ordered it the day the offer came out, 29th I got 300 and samsung ear buds ( still waiting for them but have had it confirmed that I'm getting them)

I have the same phone as you but I did mine the 30th they told my partner today if no text after 15 days they should put a complaint form in because it shouldn't take that long and they don't know why there's staff in ee advising people different we received our earphones yesterday just no card but he said he's put a note on and a complaint as I should of had the card by now it usually means there's a problem my partner spoken to someone this morning because after 15 days they said to call and someone said on the 17th day we should receive a text still nothing so we called again today and that's all they advised. Hopefully we should get the card soon

I'm on day 20. Am gonna put a complaint in. As this is silly never had this issue with bt giftcards

I ordered same day, still nothing. Put the complaint in on day 16, still nothing. Nobody with EE wants to actually deal with, they just play pass the parcel around the departments.
