Upgraded phone on 28 October to samsung s22plus... was told received text within a few days... NOTHING.... called Ee to be told I would receive this on the 15th day as this will take me past the 14 days cooling off period... fair enough. Since then I've called 4 more times and on one occasion given details of the card company to which I have called and there's no record. Apparently they have to wait for EE to release the details. Since then I have called another 2 times with the latest saying they will call me back today with an answer... and guess what... no phone call... no answer... I'm only a couple of days away from it being 30 days and can't see anything being done. I'm at the point of cancelling my contract with EE as they haven't held up their side of the contract!! This is totally unacceptable

Escalate it with the card company contact ee via there online chat go threw billing they are really helpful

I've already spoken to billing and unfortunately still in same situation.
Will be calling again in a mo as to why I didn't receive a call yesterday for an update and why this STILL hasn't been sorted!
