Still nothing heard from the 'back office team', but they've got until tomorrow afternoon and even if I don't hear from them I'm not worried, Andrew at 150 is personally checking my account on Wednesday and will call me ..
In the meantime I've spent the last hour on the customer service chat Katrina83991 recommended and in quite short time I had received the clai**@**rewardclaim.co.** address (email sent) and the 03316 number to chase tomorrow.
I asked for a goodwill gesture from the time spent having to chase this from EE miss information and was quickly offered £10, then £15 credit to my account. Although appreciated there is disparity across the offers other customers have received so I challenged and was passed to a 'supervisor' along with a complaint reference number. Once I re-explained my case (copy and paste) I was then offered £20 credit.
Hopefully the email will lead to the promised SMS, but that's all three bases covered. 03316 tomorrow and will follow up 150 if I haven't heard back.
Great to see some people have received their codes and prepaid MasterCard that was offered.

Can anyone tell me how to check balance on digital prepaid card please i activated it yesterday but not sure how to check balance or find card details to use

Nothing heard back from EE in the 48 hrs timeline they promised - shock.
So I called purecard on 03316.... given by EE online chat and they've not even received my details from EE.
They've advised I should have had a text by the 22nd (15 working days), and have added my details to the list they hold to chase EE.
They've recommended I go back to 150 which I will do now, hopefully save Andrew having to look up my number.
Beyond frustrating.

Emails to th claims@ address have gone unanswered and I've still heard nothing back from 150.
Facebook messenger has been the most consistent, they've not managed to address the issue yet, but are relatively quick to reply and have reopened the complaint case that had been closed.
Hopefully the system is working in the background but this remains incredibly pour from the UKs best network provider.

I kept calling and talking to ee advisor via chat. Eventually rerecieved the card
