Inclusive Roaming Charging me?

I had a really old contract that I've never upgraded as I always buy my phones, I have a monthly rolling sim. I today changed to a rolling contract to get 5G on my plan.. I specifically said, I did not want to lose my inclusive roaming, so it's uses my normal data plan in EU..  I looked at the app today and typed in roaming to see it was still there, now it's says 2.47 per day!!! She said it was inclusive and I can see the inclusive add on? Help!

Any change of plan since July 2021 will move you onto a daily/monthly charging regime.

Can you post a screenshot of what you think is contradictory?

this used to say "no need to do anything, your plan includes data minutes and texts in the EU"  I specifically asked for this to remain.. she said not to worry, it is inclusive as before.

You can't have free roaming in EU to continue when you upgrade your contract anytime after July 2021. If you wanted it to remain you should've let sleeping dogs lay.

She specifically told me.. I wouldn't have to pay and it would stay the same. So she has lied.. I'll have to reverse the contract now

Yes, you were told wrong.

Hi @Websponge

I recommend having a chat with our Mobile Care team so they can check your plan and check what should be included.
