My Apple Music seems to have stopped working. I’ve checked my subscription and says I still have it working- however it’s now gone on my phone. Does it need reactivating?

@Leev2 When you say it’s gone do you mean the app isn’t there ? If that’s the case have you tried downloading it again ?

It’s says I’m not a subscriber anymore- and that I’d have to pay £10.99 through Apple to subscribe. However on my EE account it says into included in my package (which it always has been)

Hi, did you manage to get this issue fixed? I’m having the exact same problem with it

I am also having this issue. Did you get it fixed? EE told me there’s nothing I can do and just to wait which is annoying

Hi @Mmmfff.
Do you pay for this through your EE bill or is it part of your package?
When did you speak with our customer care team?

It should be one of my inclusive extras. But no longer comes up as an option to even select it. BT sports, Netflix etc are all still there as options however apple music has disappeared. I have spoken to EE through 150 and they have just told me to wait and see as there seems to be an issue. It’s just over a week now and nothing has changed

Thanks for getting back to me @Mmmfff.
Are you aware if the agent tried to manually reapply your Apple Music?

I've had this and EE said they've migrated people to Apple One or something. I said I'd rather just stay as is. They removed my Apple TV as well, which were my original add-ons.
They've reactivated it but I seem to have lost everything.
