My wife is an EE account holder signed up to perks and I have 30 days to get a NHS 20% code.
However, my wife is currently on maternity leave and doesn’t have any access to her work email.
Is there any way to fix this? Surely it would be unfair for myself (and her in August when her contract runs out) to miss out on the 20% off perk because she is on Maternity? Can she access a code solely through her perks account?
can you please help?

Hi Katie.
I'm also in a similar situation to this. I'm currently on long term sick due to an operation.
I previously didn't know my company email so registered using a picture of my ID which was perfect. I now know my work email so when it said I need to reactive the perks I inputted my work email address. The problem is I can't access it from home so can't active my perks. Is they anyway to change it back so I can use my ID instead??
Many Thanks
