Inclusive Extra - code from SMS to activate extra throws up error code

When I first got my sim only contract, I tried adding TNT Sports as one of my inclusive extras. I clicked on the link I received via my sms message and it took me to the page where it asks for my mobile number for extra authentication. I put my mobile number in for my one time PIN code and I receive my PIN code. This is where things go south. I type my pin in and it just says “we are experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later”.

Now I battled with this for weeks. I waited days, I called support and spent hours on the phone with support. Originally I was told this could’ve been caused by the switch from BT Sports to TNT Sports. They couldn’t help me regardless and when I was told they would call me back and I never received a call back, I thought, stuff it, this has taken too much of my time up already, I’ll do without. 


I have changed that inclusive extra to the Microsoft Personal 365 and I am now having the same issue. What am I supposed to do? I did think this was to do with the BT sports switch, but clearly something with my account isn’t working.

Welcome to the community.

Since this is happening with more than one inclusive extra, it sounds like it could be an account based issue. If you speak with our technical support team with this information, they should be able to look into it further and raise a ticket with our support team, if needed.
