Partners current EE contract has Apple One as an add on and this still shows in the app as a paid subscription. However Apple music and other benefits now say he has no subscription and would he like to start a free trial. This is not a new EE contract. This has been paid for for years but suddenly vanished today. Anyone having the same issues?

Never mind. Sorted it out. For anyone who has the same problem as us the fix was:
Go into Setting then Apple ID then Subscriptions then EE Plan Benefits. Then it confirmed via a text verification and started working right.
Not sure why this was needed as it was working OK prior.
