Inclusive Extra

I am unable to get access to register my inclusive extra pre-selected when I brought the phone and sim plan. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get access to it? On the app it says my extra has been selected and my only option is to remove it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It is for Xbox Game Ultimate Pass

Did you receive a link to set up the Xbox Game Pass? 

If not, could you try setting up by visiting http://ee.co.uk/xbox and entering the mobile number, does this work for you?
