I have this add-on and have never used it. Obviously, the text is out of date, so I need another one.
I dialled 150 to try to speak to a human but ended up going round and round in circles with none of the options pertinent to my issue.
Does anyone know how I can get this activation text resent?

Try going to ee.co.uk/microsoft as that would usually be the same link you'd get in the activation text.
If that doesn't work then unfortunately you will have to call EE on 150, but if you go through to any billing Guide or to discuss your Plan Details they should be able to have a look at it for you.
