How do I add a discount code to my account? I have the code

Thanks for coming back to us. 

Is the new contract for home broadband or a mobile broadband device? 

The Perk discount is not available for home broadband contracts, the code can be applied within 30 days to eligible pay monthly phone, SIM only or mobile broadband plans and would need to be added by calling 150.

Hi Katie,

I was told in the shop (after renewing my contract with EE) to register with perks.ee.co.uk to apply dicount code. Registered with the site but cannot see how to add discount code. 

What can I do to sort this - the new 150 service also does not call back to resolve issues.

If your discount code wasn't added at the point of purchase our Customer Care Team can add it within the first 30 days of your contract.
