How do I add a discount code to my account? I have the code

What kind of discount code are you using?

Hi, I am also confused on how to apply a discount code.

 

So I have a discount code that I was given from a friend that has the blu light discount.

I have the code, but when on ordering page of sim only deal, there is no place to add the code in?

You'll see a box to enter your code once you reach the checkout.

I was told I could add it at a later date in store that's wrong information given which is not my fault

In some circumstances it can be added by our Mobile Care team within the first 30 days of a new contract.

Hello,

 

I am a new EE broadband customer. My contract started on 4th April. I was advised over the phone my NHS discount code could be added to my online account please explain how?

I did give them a call and they informed me I needed to do it online and they weren't able.
