How do I activate Xbox gamepass?

I have just upgraded my contract and added the Xbox game pass to my contract, how do I activate this?

Hello James. I have got Xbox game pass as an add-on. I have received the text but when I click the link, it send me to another page asking for a 25 character activation code. I haven’t received any code to apply. Can you please help me on this?

You shouldn't be asked for code, rather be taken to a page to request one time pin to be sent to your phone.

Was the link you were sent ee.co.uk/xbox?

Keeps sending me to an activation page. But when I click on the activate button it then asks for a 25 PIN code…

That’s the link I was sent but it doesn’t take me too a page for me to enter my number

I've tested the link and it's directing to the correct place ant my end @Willrobbo99

I’ve just tried a friends device. It’s allowed me to enter my number but then still sends me to the page requesting 25 digit pin
