xbox gamepass randomly cancelled after years of subscription

so i bought my xbox series x from ee about 5 or 6 years ago for around £800 i believe, and i got a gamepass code which has now only just ran out suddenly with no warning whatsoever. can you help me please?

You can add the Xbox Game Pass as a monthly subscription, if you already had this and it's suddenly stopped working I would recommend you Contact our guides, they will be able to look into this for you.
