I ordered my Google Pixel 10 Pro 128GB Obsidian on the 20/02/26 and I received a confirmation email with my reference number but when I use it to track my order it isn't being recognised neither is it showing on my app in the order section.
The deposit has been taken from my account and I've received my plan details via email.
The confirmation email I received had the subject 'Your email order: Please call us to discuss'
Please can I have some clarity on what is happening with my order and/or what I'm supposed to do?
