Has anyone received their gift cloud gift card as I’m past the 7-10 days wait and I still haven’t received it and I don’t want to loose getting it?

You can find more information about how Reward Cards are issued and what to do if you haven't received yours on our Reward Card help page.

Have you checked your junk or spam folder? Sometimes emails can end up there.

If you still haven't received your Reward Card, I'd recommend checking the information on the help page and following the advice for missing rewards. The team linked on the page can also check the status of your reward and advise further.

I have emailed them 4 times now about not receiving my gift card reward and I have been ignored 4 times and not even a reply back at all. Is there anything else I can do to try and reach someone?

There isn't another way to query this further, I'm sure the team will respond as soon as they can. 

Looking at the link @Debbie_G sent, it does say you would usually receive this after 140 days, and that you have 90 days to activate it. So it does have a big window of time to get this sorted if there's an issue.
