Just upgraded and need to apply ee perks discount.
however my registered password for ee perks is not working
and when I try to reset it this is not working either.
can you help?

@Ramoo : Too late! Discount codes may only be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading.

I am also having the same issue with NHS perks. Upgraded 1 phone and purchased 2 new phones but was unable to login to my ee perks account in store.
advised by store manager I have 2 weeks to do apply discount codes. However I am still unable to reset my password as the account is deactivated!
Please Can you help?

Im having the same issue.
looking to upgrade but want to ensure i have the perks code first as there looks like lots of issues.

That's right, you must have your EE Perk code before upgrading.
Have you had access before?
