Unable to sign in to EE Perk or reset email

I am unable to sign into my EE perk to request a code and also will not me reset password.  I have checked junk and other folders and reset emails not being received. I have tried to re-register also and it says I am already registered.

Hi,

 

i tried yesterday and again today. 

it says my password is wrong and ask me to reset it so i do then it says i cant reregister etc.

can you unblock my account ? or reregister me ?
