Hello EE team,
I am having great trouble trying to get my perk code, in order to upgrade. Each time I try to get in my EE perk account this message came up even when I reattempt. I am a NHS worker, using my work email. The message coming up is as follows:
ACCOUNT DEACTIVATE
‘Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame’.

I am having the same problem. I have called a couple of time but none of the advisors have fixed the problem

Could you check the registered email account for a re-validation email from the EE Perk team, do you have this?
