Hi all.
Has there been a change in EE perks?
Apparently my account no longer works, I am a civil servant so it should work.
I've been using it for years now. But no longer works.
Tbh with 4 contracts it's a big loss if it doesn't work.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Kyle_P.
Thanks for coming to the community.
Can you let me know what happens when you try to sign in to your Perk account, are you seeing an error message at all?

Apparently HR needs to contact to set up a perks account. But I've used it for years. So I have no clue what is going on. I called EE customer care. Someone was meant to call me back. It's been a week.

Thanks for letting me know @Kyle_P.
If your employer is signed up to EE Perk, your Benefits or HR team will be able to confirm if this is available to you.
I'm sorry to hear you've not yet been contacted as arranged. Did the team mention what next steps they were taking?

No one has mentioned anything.
My concern is I successfully registered with my gov.uk email address prior. Now it plain wont accept it. If I go through HR for this. Then they will supply me with a Vodafone contact number for the discount.
EE have suddenly made it extremely hard to do the perks code and even harder to contact anyone.

I have no clue how this is marked as a solution 😅.
The current solution is me moving my 4 contracts to Vodafone.
EE removed perks I've been using for many years and suddenly say my company doesn't provide it.
The basics of it all is I had a perk account and now it's gone. That's not on my company, that's on EE

Hi @Kyle_P
I know you'll be feeling disappointed about this. If you've spoken to our team directly already and they've advised that your employer is not included in the Perk scheme, then we'd not be able to offer you these discounts.
The only thing we could advise you to do is speak to your HR department.
The solution is marked to this as we have given you advice on the next steps within your private message, and your query has been answered.

That is fully understandable,
And I acknowledge it.
But where EE has fallen short on this occasion is the lack of initial callback as promised. So the initial call I made to EE was actually never investigated.
And where something that did work suddenly no longer works. But weirdly enough my colleagues (in the same company does)
But as mentioned above, there's nothing EE can do about this. So I will have to unfortunately move my contracts and broadband away as without the perk code, EE ends up costing more than other vendors.
