Looking for some help......
I have logged in and received perks code but whenever I try to use it it says it isn't valid. I have tried it against a number of phones and plans but it still says the same.
I called EE but they weren't able to help. Is there any way of trying to speak to somebody directly about this? I have already started the process of leaving my current provider so frustratingly I will need to look a another network if I can't get it sorted soon

Welcome to the community.
It would normally only give you an error if you were trying to use the code against a plan that wasn't eligible, or if it was incorrect.
Have you tried to manually type the code, rather than pasting it?
What phone and plan combinations were you looking at?
