Looking for some help......
I have logged in and received perks code but whenever I try to use it it says it isn't valid. I have tried it against a number of phones and plans but it still says the same.
I called EE but they weren't able to help. Is there any way of trying to speak to somebody directly about this? I have already started the process of leaving my current provider so frustratingly I will need to look a another network if I can't get it sorted soon

Welcome to the community.
It would normally only give you an error if you were trying to use the code against a plan that wasn't eligible, or if it was incorrect.
Have you tried to manually type the code, rather than pasting it?
What phone and plan combinations were you looking at?

thanks for your reply. I’ve actually now managed to get it working twice, I’ve got all the way through the security check and paid the upfront amount for the handset and as soon as I click to complete it goes blank and within 10-15 minutes I get a message that my order has been cancelled and the payment will be refunded.
teh most frustrating part is that I can’t seem to call anybody to help.
ive been looking at teh iPhone 16th and tried a number of the data plans

Have you tried giving this a try through a different device or browser?
Also when you got through the security check etc, had it already accepted the code?
