PAYG free boosts not being added on

Can someone please help? I have tried on two occasions to get this sorted through 150, but have not received an answer that I believe!

I have an old £1 Talk Pack on PAYG that has been running for YEARS. I top up £5 per month and my weekly text informs me that I have 1.3GB of free boost data. However, my online account is only showing as 210MB of data, with the rest showing as pending. I became aware of this problem when I received a text stating that my data was about to run out. I absolutely have not used 1.3GB data this week (renews on a Monday).

The first 150 operator was adamant that I do get 1.3GB weekly and that I simply have used it all, and that the website doesn't always show the free boosts properly. I argued that this has never been an issue before, and that the two other phones on my account, on exactly the same old plan are showing and working correctly. After a bit of back and forth, she cut me off........

The second 150 operator is adamant that the free boosts expire after a certain time (he didn't know how long that was). However, the following line is under the free boost help section of my account - "If you're still on one of our older pay as you go packs, your current Free Boost options remain the same as when you purchased your pack." He repeatedly told me that PAYG terms and conditions are constantly updating and the time has now come that my free boosts are no longer valid.

I simply do not believe either of the operators and that this is in fact some kind of technical issue on my account that should be able to be sorted very easily.

Can anyone help please?

What does texting BOOST to 150 say?

Free boosts don't expire. It's rollover data that does after a week.

It says "Buy 4 more packs and you can boost your minutes, texts or data for free" which is correct as I am four packs away from another boost.

Thank you

Did you get it resolved @clairehawken ?

I think I have the same issue. Texting boost tells me:

Great news. You will get an extra 30 minutes and 1.4GB every time you buy a plan. You are also 3 more packs away from being able to add another boost. For more info go to EE. ee.co.uk/EE
