Is anyone else having trouble connecting to BT Sport as an extra after upgrading ?

Have you had BT Sport with EE previously? 

What happens when you try and log into BT Sport?

Yes I did on my previous plan but I’m now on Sim only. On very rare occasions I have been able to get access but the usual problem shows as error code CF002. 
The BT.com website acknowledges that I have BT Sport but it’s really frustrating. 
I texted SPORT to 150 as suggested but the only response I got was to suggest that I paid £10 a month extra to get BT Sport on a big screen!

Yeah I am too. I can’t seem to watch any football matches all locked and can’t log in!
