Rubbish broadband

Anybody else had issues with broadband after switching from BT to EE. I was with BT for years no issues. In the last 2 months I’ve spent more time on the phone to EE than working so frustrating. Any advice how to get out of this nightmare would be greatly appreciated.

@Ronbles   it would help to know what issues you are having?

Which broadband service do you have - speed/name, and which router and if you also have extenders?

I am on the essentials broadband which look like it is the best for download speeds. Issues I am having are with the WiFi connectivity and intermittent connection. I have 3 boosters & my son cannot play Xbox unless he’s hard wired to the router. My connection for work just keeps disconnecting. I am rebooting the router multiple times a day. Had 2 engineer visits both said it was fine but it’s far from fine. I have an open reach tech due next week but I’m currently hot spotting off my mobile which is no better as the WiFi keeps dropping off my phone. Very frustrating and I feel like nobody at EE believes me.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
