Hi
I have just texted EE 150 and have my link to apple tv to register for my 3 months free Apple TV+ subscription. The link goes through to the apple tv website but it states that my subscription could not be found. I have double and triple checked the details of the link and they are correct.
Any advice

If you log into the EE app and select add-ons, do you have Apple TV+ showing?

I am struggling to activate the 3 months free Apple TV+. When I log into the EE app and active add-ons, Apple TV+ shows and states that my Free trial ends 11 June, 2025. But I have never received any activation instructions? How can I fix this?

Can you try texting TV PLUS to 150 and that should come back with a text with activation details.

If this was from your Mum's phone, is her iPad signed in with the same Apple ID?
Have you checked to see if she can access the TV content on the iPad already as it sounds like it is already set up?

Usually the activation text is a link which you click on and it associates it with your apple ID @SFY1
As she is using an iPhone she may have done that and not known as it won't have asked her to log in with an Apple ID as she is using it already.
If that doesn't work, it may be worth getting in touch with our customer care team to remove and re-add the access if it has gone wrong somewhere.
