Hi
I have just texted EE 150 and have my link to apple tv to register for my 3 months free Apple TV+ subscription. The link goes through to the apple tv website but it states that my subscription could not be found. I have double and triple checked the details of the link and they are correct.
Any advice

If it is active, it should show in her settings @SFY1
If she clicks on her name at the top to see her Apple account and then 'subscriptions'.
You can contact our customer care team on either 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone. Alternatively, if you have the EE app set up, you can click 'help' along the bottom and then 'message us' to speak to our messaging team.
