Apple One - This subscription is not available in your country or region

I have recently received my upgrade and my new plan has been applied to my account today. 
this is a Full works iPhone plane which includes Apple One. 
I have received the link via text message, but when I click it and try to claim it I get a message saying “This subscription is not available in your country or region.”

why can’t these things ever just be simple?!

im in my home country/town, have tried connected to WiFi and 5G and im not using any VPNs. 

What do I need to do?

Reported to EE - apparently a known incident - but no fix.

I would suggest calling 150 and getting it on record as impacted on your account.

My Partner has the Same Issue here,  phoned EE and was told all good on there end,  to talk to apple.

Problem is i dont pay apple for my service,  this is EE's responcibility.   They can phone apple if they want.

As of now i am with holding payment untill they fix it.

Good news guys my Apple One has come active this morning.

Dont know if this is due to the guy from Apple sorting the fault or the latest Apple update I updated last night(17.1.1).

At the moment everything with Apple one seems ok.

I called yesterday and swapped into the full works sim to get at least Apple Music as an inclusive extra whilst I wait for the issue to be fixed. 

Today I tried to add Apple Music through the EE app and it didn’t work. 

I then went into Apple Music and I clicked on the try now link and Apple one now works for some reason and I don’t even have it on my plan… it is either fixed or a massive screw up. 

Mines changed too. Now says “Your request is temporarily unable to proceed - please try later”

they must be working on it for the message to change. 

I just tried it and mine worked now.

Didn’t call anyone, just randomly worked this morning. I’m on the latest beta version 17.2

How did you get the 17.2 Beta?
