Apple Music add-on

I've elected for the 'free six months streaming Apple Music'. I've received a text saying this has now started but can't see any indication of anything in Apple Music. Some context: I already had/have the Apple Music App on my iPhone, which I was  using with a paid subscription to Apple.

@Jay123451  Have you stopped that paid subscription?      Until you link your offer to Apple Music then Apple Music doesn’t know you have an offer.

Hi Chris. Thanks for the reply.

Do you know the process to link it once I end the Apple subscription?

Thanks again

Hi @Jay123451

Once the Apple subscription has been cancelled, please follow the link you have been sent in the text from us to get set up 🙂

Leanne.

Hi Leanne,

Thanks for the reply!

Ok, but I haven’t been texted a link?

The only thing I received was this text:

‘Great news, your six months of streaming for Apple Music on us, has begun! Simply download or open the Apple Music app to get started. To check the amount of data you are using for Apple Music, text BALANCE to 150.’

Does the Apple Music add-on show active in your EE app?

Leanne.

Hi Leanne,

Yes, it’s says it’s active and has an end date.

What do I do?

Thanks
