I am a business user and since upgrading to a sim only contract my apple music add-on has disappeared. When I try to view add-ons via the app I get a message saying "There seems to be a problem. Please try again in a while" and a link which says "Try again". It's been like this for over a week and the website says the same thing. Please advise as to how I can add apple music again to my business account subscription.

Did you have Apple Music as an Inclusive Extra as part of your previous plan?
Which SIM Only plan did you select when you upgraded? Did this include an Inclusive Extra?
