I have Apple Music Add On.
However, although my number is registered to account ID, it will not allow me access.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled app, tried desktop version on phone and changed password etc.
I keep getting same message as shown.
Luckily I have Spotify, however, it's annoying to have this Add on for renewing contract and not be able to use it.
I have no VPN on
Tried with/without wifi
Any help appreciated
