Add line is not working with F&F discount code because of another 10% discount

We have a problem where we are trying to add a new line to an account with the F&F discount code through the app but every plan has 10% off which is stopping the F&F discount code from working.  Can someone help please?

You can't have > 1 discount on the same order.

@Tartanterror2   That’s because a 2nd line gets a discount automatically on the account..     you’ll have to call and speak with customer service so the 2nd line discount isn’t applied and you can add the F&F.      

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Tried that 4 times and they said they couldn’t help unfortunately 

This isn’t the solution. Pressed that by mistake

Are you able to remove the multi-line discount if you select edit in your basket?

What was the solution here? I can't see a way to remove auto applied multi-line discount from the baasket

Yes I have. There is nothing in basket edit allowing to do this.
