I can't log in to Perk. The system doesn't accept my login details. So I can't get a discount code.

Are you logging in using the same email address you registered with on the EE Perk site? This may have been a work email or personal email address.
If you're using the correct email, have you tried resetting the password?

Yes I tried and I don't get a link to reset my password. I don't receive anything via email.

The quickest way for you to get this resolved is to call 150 and speak to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to raise a webform with our perk team to reset your Perk account.
Alternatively, we can email them, but this may take longer to be processed. Just let me know.
