Hello!
I've been looking into switching to EE for a while now but I haven't been able to justify the price increase from my Vodafone plan. The 5GB no frills plan is close, but not without the existing customer discount.
What is the minimum I need to purchase to qualify for that discount?
I'm happy to pay for the more expensive 1 month plan once if it means I can change to the cheaper 24 month afterwards?
Thank you in advance!

I am assuming this is what you mean?
That discount is only applicable when adding an additional line to an existing EE account, meaning you would have to have at least 2 numbers or more on the account - with the second number and any subsequent numbers receiving the discount.
If you are looking for such a low cost deal and price is your priority, you may want to consider a Pay As You Go plan instead. https://ee.co.uk/mobile/pay-as-you-go-sim-only
