How do my partner and I change ownership of her number from her account to mine she can't work out which options she needs when she rings the number

The current owner of the contract wishing to be moved needs to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. The other person will need to pass a credit check. They will then be paying for that contract. If you can't do it together CS will give the current owner a password for the other to quote when they call.

You've not said which number you're asking about, but I presume CS on 150.
Just choose the closest option to what you're calling about - otherwise you'll spend more time worrying about options than you do dealing with the issue!
If you're not sure you've picked the right option, just explain this to the agent who answers who I'm sure will understand.
