I am a student and EE had reduced its prices meaning student discount wasn't useable - fine, so I ordered a sim. Now student beans have sent me a deal/offer with EE tat would save me £3 a month (and give me Netflix or google). I have just received the sim in the post but obviously want to change the plan id be on, do I need to return the sim or can I call EE and they can just change the plan? My current mobile won't allow me to call EE 0800 number and I can't use 150 so not sure what options I have...
Many thanks for your help...

Hi @Johngw31
How did you purchase your Sim only? And when did you place the order?
If you purchased it online or over the phone, you will have 14 days to cancel. If it was purchased in a retail store there is no 14 day cancellation.
You can find details on how to Contact Us here.

All 0800 numbers are free to call from any phone - what's happening when you try calling it?
