Hi I didn’t receive a reference number on my confirmation email only a account number so I am unable to track my order but I have a delievery date for today and no update. I spoke to someone this morning and they said I will receive a text but still heard nothing.

@Jordtodd3 if you download the DPD app then you can use it to track, if dpd have your order. Just put in name and address.

If the DPD app hasn't updated by 8pm tonight (this is the cut off for tomorrow's deliveries) please get in touch with customer services so we can take another look at your order.
