Delivery

Hi, I ordered a contract phone on Monday 11th May and I still haven't had any update to say it's been dispatched. The item was in stock when I placed the order, and the confirmation email said that the item should be dispatched within 2 working days. Any ideas?

Also experiencing the same issue, a new contract and phone was ordered and confirmed on the 13th of may but have not since heard any updates.
