New app won’t show family usage

Why in the new app has the view family usage section been removed? This was really helpful for data sharing but is not visible anymore.  Why?

@S12345  It’s still there but you have to click a few more things now.

Thanks for the post Chris_B, but this still doesn’t show all the usage on one page. You have to go into each number to see it. Before you could see these all together. The new app makes it less user friendly. Thanks for your help.

I completely agree with the OP.

It WAS there and has been removed on the new App which seems more geared to selling me new things. 

The consolidated single page Family view was extremely useful. 

WHY was it removed??

In fact I would go further to say that the Family view was really the only thing I ever logged into the App to see. And now some genius has decided we don't need it. 

Ever had teenagers? It was the only useful thing about the App in the first place. 

Please can we have it back?

Thank you Leanne. This does not relate to my query, however. 

I have no problem in transferring data. 

My issue is having an easy view of whether I need to or not. I do not want to have to drill down into 4 sets of screens for 4 devices. The summary view was ideal. And it has gone.

That's where the Family view in the old app was useful. It was a key feature. Why was it removed?

And please don't tell me I can set alerts. 

I simply want the functionality that was already in the app back again.

I completely agree with this post. The Family usage was also virtually the only reason I ever used the app, and it’s disappeared. Why can’t suppliers do what their customers want any more? I’m sure no-one ever asked EE to remove this very useful feature. As far as I can see, the app is now of almost zero use for customers.
Please bring this back, or give us the option of upgrading to the old app.
